A former legislator and member of the Quinault Business Committee, James has served the Nation with distinction contributing to the Nation’s growth and development. He also has gained invaluable experience in governance and enterprise management.
James’s leadership journey includes serving on the inaugural Quinault Land & Timber Enterprise Board, which later evolved into the Quinault Enterprise Board. His over 25 years of service to the Quinault Nation spans various key roles, including positions at Quinault Housing, Quinault Pride Seafood, Quinault EMS, and Quinault Recreation, where he also supervised the beautification crew. These diverse experiences have equipped James with a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of the many facets of the Quinault Tribe.
